Assistant Vice PresidentDomain: Banking, Mortgage, USALocation: BangaloreYou will be responsible for the Business Vertical which provides KPO offerings for US Mortgage or Banking clients. You will have the P & L responsibility for your practice and build a world-class team that is driven by passion for excellence in service. Your responsibilities encompass delivery, process excellence, leadership and team building, implementation of best practices, capacity building and customer relationship management. You will contribute to the development and delivery of short and long term strategic business goals for Healthcare Insurance Company.
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have 10 to 14 years of experience, out of which at least 2 years in a leadership role in Mortgage vertical for US based ITES company. You should have hands on experience in providing outsourcing solutions for BFSI clients.DNA: Strong knowledge in Accounts, Banking and Mortgage domain, capability to lead 200+ strong team, ability to attract and inspire professionals, business acumen, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spark and high energy levels. Payer domain experience will be an added advantage.
