We are looking for a fairly high level person, capable of leading the telemarketing operations. Ideal candidate will be gifted at:•Sales •Coaching •Hiring•Retention•Training Leader must be driven by hitting goals, return on investment and the success of the team. Positive attitude, big-picture view, and extra effort a must. Strong systems experience (including phone systems and CRMs) big plus. We will train on publishing for right person.

Besides this, they need to be willing to work in the US (East Coast) timing.
